Sick Leave
  • Accrue 8 hours per month (prorated for partial months)
  • Available to use the month following accrual
  • Maximum accrual is 1200 hours
  • Payout 50% of accrued balance but only at time of retirement
Vacation
  • Accrue 6.67 hours per month first 2 years, 8.0 hours from 2 to 5 years, 10.0 from 5 to 10 years, 12.0 hours from 10 to 15 years, 14.0 hours from 15 years forward
  • Available to use the month following accrual, after 6 months of initial employment
  • Maximum accrual is two years of current accrual rate
  • Payout upon termination if after 6 month of employment

Floating Holidays
  • Accrue 9.33 hours monthly
  • Available to use the month following accrual
  • Maximum accrual is 112 hours, payout each month for balance above Maximum
  • Payout upon termination
